In-Tech fitness classes are inspired by the intensity and philosophy of our professional athlete training programs, but tailored to your individual goals and abilities. Train like an athlete.

Jungle Classes are not just a fitness class. The concept is built from a philosophy that breeds elite level athletes. It fosters the drive to constantly become better, become smarter about how you achieve your goals and work harder than anyone else around you to reach them. This idea is something that is contagious when training in In-Tech’s atmosphere. The people training next to you will push you to achieve, just like teammates on a team.

At In-Tech, we are a family; a team that wants to constantly improve and support one another. Train Hard. Train Smart. Train In-Tech.

Classes will be held 3 days a week in the evening.

Jungle Strength

Fitness Class

JUNGLE STRENGTH is a periodized class designed to efficiently improve strength, break through weight-lifting plateaus, and ultimately increase your body’s potential to burn fat AND keep it off.

Jungle Strength consists of learning and improving upon the key strength movements: Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Rows, Chin Ups, and Overhead Press.

  • Mondays & Wednesdays 8pm
  • Fridays 6pm

JUNGLE WARRIOR is an athlete inspired training program adapted directly from our High Performance Athlete Program. As a fitness enthusiast or former athlete, these classes will be some of the most challenging workouts you will experience!

Train to be the ultimate Jungle Warrior with a combination of strength, power, mobility, speed, agility, functional conditioning, and core training.

Jungle Shred

JUNGLE SHRED is high intensity class designed to shred fat, increase energy, and prepare you for a new week!

Sweat it out in the Jungle with a series of weightlifting circuits and metabolic conditioning.

Jungle Mid-Day 45

Fitness Class

This energizing 45-minute full body workout is designed for busy Warriors. Use your lunch hour to focus on your fitness goals in the Iron Jungle and leave ready to take on the second half of your day in the Concrete Jungle.

Release your inner beast with a circuit style workout focusing on metabolic training and athletic conditioning.
